Tiger 3 is an Indian Hindi action-thriller film scheduled to release on November 12, 2023. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, this action-packed sequel to 2017's "Tiger Zinda Hai" (2017) and "War" (2019) and "Pathaan" (2023), "Tiger 3" is the fifth instalment in the "YRF Spy Universe" and is set to be released on the same day as "Diwali". Directed and produced by Maneesh Sharma under the Yash Raj Films banner, "Tiger" stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles, while "Zinda" is directed and written by Maneesh Sharma. "Zindagi" is based on the real-life events of the same name. "Tiger" and "Zinda Hai" were framed as traitors "by a former IASI agent, "Aatish" Rehman (Emraan Hashmi) and "Tiger" (Salman Khan and "Zoya" (Katrina Kaif) in "Tiger 3". "Pritam" composed the soundtrack and "Tanuj Tiku" composed the background score.

Upon its release, Tiger 3 received a mixed response from critics, who praised the action scenes, technical aspects, and the performances of the actors (mainly Kaif & Hashmi) in the film, but criticised the plot, music, and pacing. The film grossed ₹ 370 crore (approximately US$46 million] worldwide, making it the fourth highest grossing Hindi film of the year.

In 1999, Zoya, then a minor, watches her father, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agent Rehan nazar, lose his life in a car bombing. After his death, Zoya gets recruited by Nazar's prodigy, Aatish rehman, to enter the Indian Security Service (ISI).

Avinash “Tiger” Singh Rathore gets a call from the directorate-general of the Indian Security Intelligence (ISI), Rawalpindi, to rescue his erstwhile handler, GRP Arya. Gopi was caught after extracting information about a planned mission in Pakistan. After saving Gopi, Zoya revealed that she was part of the planned mission and died soon after.

Tiger starts spying on Zoya. Later, he is assigned to protect a RAW agent in Russia, Jibran Sheik, who worked alongside Gopi, and fled to India after being unmasked in Pakistan.

Tiger watches as Zoya tries to kill Sheikh; after rescuing him, he is caught by a former ISI agent, now the head of a terrorist outfit. He tells Zoya that he forced her to kill Sheikh by almost killing her by drugging and abducting her and Tiger’s son Junior.

Tiger and Zoya enlist the help of their team of Rawat agents to hijack a briefcase that Aatish has in Istanbul that contains rocket launch codes. In exchange for Junior, they steal the briefcase.Aatish has both Zoya and Tiger falsely accused of being a traitor by their respective governments, resulting in Tiger’s imprisonment in Pakistan .
